In addition to the vehicle types listed above the we have to possibly to test many vehicles that are simply not possible on lesser specification Dyno's including: Porsche 996/7, BMW X-Drive, VAG – Haldex, Volvo XC, Nissan R35 GTR etc. These are made possible with HLS® system (Hydraulic Link System) that allow's the hydraulic link between front/rear axles to give exact front to rear speed matching: this is why tests on vehicles, that could not be dynoed otherwise (because of their four wheel drive with electronic/mechanical system distributing engine torque between front/rear axles in a non-proportional way), can be safely carried out with the unique HLS® system. This feature therefore constrains electronic systems like traction, stability and braking control so making the test possible and safe.

DYNORACE is the only dynamometer with the possibility to link or disconnect front/rear axles thanks to this HLS® system, in case of vehicles that do not require this link or when this link can be even dangerous. The choice of the hydraulic system rather than toothed belts or driving shafts was preferred to guarantee maximum safety during tests with high torque and high revolution of the rollers.

HORSEPOWER TESTING

Our Dimsport all wheel drive chassis dynamometer measures engine power via the driven wheels in an accurate method and is capable of up to 2000HP!  When you have doubts about the performance of your engine then we can offer you an exact figure of power and torque from a session on our dyno, If you take advantage of an Elite Remaps tune then we can tell you the difference before and after the tuning.

All these details and live data can be printed in full colour for you to save in your records.

DYNO TUNING

Elite Remaps offer a full dyno tuning and setup service so your vehicle can perform to its maximum potential throughout the RPM range.

This way you can be totally 100% sure of the gains provided by our tuning before and after our intervention.  By our multi-parameter Data-Logging systems,  and wide-band air/fuel meter our technicians will have complete access to important information during your vehicles tuning so we can extract the best possible power and maintain safe operating conditions for your engine.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTING

Elite Remaps can perform tests on our dyno to try and solve or identify engine performance problems,  with the combinations of power and torque measurements and live data collected while running we are able in most cases to identify or make suggestions of the engine component that is not working correctly,  if we measure a lower than expected output in power/torque and we see any value lower than normal (injection,  air mass,  air pressure, ignition,  etc).

The dyno is the ultimate tool for simulating, maintaining or applying conditions of speed or load to a vehicle in a safe and controlled environment to data-log and diagnose sensitive problems.

Please note our Dyno is mainly used for development so all Dyno services and power runs must be strictly by appointment only.
